　　职位要求
　　
　　1、教育程度：保险、财务会计、金融、经济学等相关专业本科以上学历，硕士优先；
　　
　　2、相关工作经验：2年以上保险公司偿付能力报告管理、或银行资本充足率管理、或集团公司合并财务报表管理工作经验；
　　
　　3、专业能力：熟悉国内保险业偿付能力监管规定、银行业资本管理相关规定、中国会计准则及相关财会制度，具有会计师、CPA或ACCA等专业资格；
　　
　　4、核心能力：责任心强，追求卓越，具备优秀的学习能力和监管政策理论研究能力，将理论运用到实际工作中；良好的沟通和统筹协调能力，和监管部门保持很好的联系以及统筹协调子公司、外部门执行新政策；
　　
　　5、英语能力：具备阅读国际监管规定的能力，能说写更优。
　　
　　职位描述及工作内容：
　　
　　1、负责偿二代体系下集团偿付能力报告等各项新政策、以及国际保险业资本监管项目的研究和实施；
　　
　　2、对平安集团下保险、银行、证券、期货、信托类子公司的资本监管报告进行研究并转化为集团偿付能力数据，编制、审核和报送现行偿付能力监管体系下的集团偿付能力报告及其他各项监管报表；
　　
　　3、统筹集团和保险子公司的保险统计数据、保险子公司偿付能力报告和年度信息披露报告等的编制和报送；
　　
　　4、保持与保监会等监管部门的密切沟通。

　　• 1-2 years or above relevant experience is preferred;
　　
　　• College diploma (or above) in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
　　
　　• Able to communicate in English, CET 4 is required;
　　
　　• Patient, careful, willing to help others, good team work spirit, able to take multiple tasks and work under pressure;
